The QCK Prepaid MasterCard is a prepaid card that comes without any form of loan or credit. The card essentially works in the same manner as a prepaid mobile phone card. In order to use your card, you must first load it with a minimum of EUR 108.00. When ordering your card, we make no verification of your credit history or bank accounts, so it is understandable that the card has no line of credit.

The QCK Prepaid MasterCard is free of yearly fees for the first three years.

There is only a card issuing fee of 108.00 Eur. This fee includes the personalisation of an embossed, high-end premium design MasterCard card , which will be charged with your first minimum load of 108 Euro.

If you do not load your card within 7 days of receipt, we reserve the right to close your account. 

If the password you're entering doesn't work, please be patient and re-check it again within few hours. Your account will be manually checked and activated within next 24 hours after registration. You will receive an email notification.
Your account was inactive for over 7 days. If you don't use your account and don't activate your card with first deposit, it may go into an inactive state and then be deleted. You can't regain access once it's deleted. You can prevent this by signing in to your account and send the Activation fee.
Please note: There is no time limit for activated accounts
We cannot credit transactions until they have the proper number of confirmations on the block chain. Pending transactions are usually confirmed within in hour but the time can vary. The transaction is confirmed after it has been included in three blocks by miners on the Bitcoin network (known as "three confirmations"). You can only be completely sure that your money has arrived after the transaction is confirmed.

The contract initially runs for three years.

After this period the card can be cancelled on a yearly basis.

Your new card will be mailed via regular mail and should arrive in about 7 to 10 business days. For added security, new PIN will be issued during online activation.

Yes, the IBAN we assigned to your card account will show in the account that receives your payout transfer.
Card Usage
At ATMs you can withdraw up to a maximum of EUR 4.000 per transaction and for a total of EUR 12.000 per day with your QCK card.
The exact limit per cash withdrawal is determined by the operator of the ATM and is often lower.
If you will use for withdrawal ATM outside EU, in any other currency, the exchange rate will be calculated by ATM operator. In reality it means that the ATM operating bank determines the exchange rate and not as usual the card issuing organization.

For every payment you initiate via the MasterCard system, an equivalent sum is first blocked on your card to ensure that you have sufficient available balance to authorize payment to the merchant.

At the moment our systems approve authorization for the payment, those funds will temporarily show as blocked in your transaction history.

Most blocked transactions will be finalized and the funds deducted from your card account balance within 24 hous.

Since a blocked transaction is also a payment guarantee for the merchant, we cannot terminate, or credit, any blocked transactions.

After we authorize the payment it is up to the merchant (or the payment processor of the respective merchant) to decide what to do with the payment:

The payment can be finalized and the merchant can claim the funds for the transaction

The merchant can decide to cancel the payment (the funds will be returned to your available balance immediately)

The merchant can decide not to take any action. (the transaction will automatically time-out and the blocked funds will return to your available balance after 7 to 30 days)

In case a transaction is canceled by the merchant but still appears as blocked in your QCK Prepaid MasterCard account:

You should contact the merchant directly, and instruct the merchant to cancel the payment authorisation, using the exact same 6-digit authorisation code used to authorise the initial payment.

In case the transaction is not completed by the merchant (or cancelled incorrectly):

The amounts will be automatically unblocked after 7 to 30 days and credited onto your card account.

Online Banking

Log-in to your account via https://qck-card.com/login.php

Select the tab-sheet ‘History’ from the options in the top of the page.

You can see now your balance and your realized transactions.

With the filter on the right side you can select the range you want to see.

To date, our system was not able to automatically identify and allocate your transaction to your card account since we didn’t detect your 9-digit customer account number on the transaction.

It normally takes 1-2 business days for your bank to transfer your funds to our bank account.

Following receipt of your funds on our bank account, it typically takes between 1-3 business days for your card account to be credited.

If your funds have not been automatically allocated to your card account balance within 5 business days of you initiating the transfer, you can initiate a manual research request by email and attaching a copy of the Proof of Payment you have received from your bank.

In order to process your request, we require the following information:

IBAN & BIC of the sender account Exact amount and currency of the transfer

Full account holders name of the sender account.

Time and Date when the bank processed your transaction IBAN & BIC of the receiver account (to what account of us the funds have been transferred)

The payment reference used

Type of transfer (International transfer / Sepa transfer / Cash deposit)

We will locate your transaction more quickly, if one of the following documents are attached to your request:

Complete SWIFT message of the transaction as provided by your Bank Proof of Payment as provided by your bank

Screenshot of your internet banking (if this is displaying the above information)

 
Security

To change your password, you must first provide your old password. In order to ensure that your new password is typed correctly, we require you to type your new password twice.

Your Login PIN was set by you during registration process and password was sent to your address in letter together with your card. This practice provides a secondary protection against the unathorized logins.
